Vendors: Secure your Spot At Our Flea Market And Tailgate Sale

What’s Happening!

We have 20 tables available in our back yard and 15 tailgate spots for your flea market and tailgate sale.  Tables are $25 each; tailgate $30 with proceeds going to support Cops For Cancer – Tour de Rock  when they arrive on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026. Our tailgate spots are two vehicle spaces and you must bring your own table if needed.

Sorry, we are sold out of tailgate spots. Please email admin@malahatlegion.ca if you wish to be put on a wait list in case of cancellations.

Where and When

  • Date: Saturday,  June 6th, 2026
  • Time: 10 AM to 1:30 PM.  Vendors come in earlier to set up
  • Where: Malahat Legion, 1625 Shawnigan-Mill Bay Road

How to Pay

Use the reservation form below to reserve below.  E-transfer to rcl134@shaw.ca.  We are set to auto deposit so a password is not required.  If you wish to pay at the bar instead of e-mail, please show the bartender the email receipt you will receive when you use the reservation form below.  

Reservations Required

Due to a limited number of tables and tailgate spaces, advance registration is required. Please complete the form below to register. Your contact information will allow us to send updates about setup times and other important details.

After submitting your registration, check your email for a confirmation notice. If you don’t receive one, your registration may not have gone through, and payment will not be refunded unless confirmed.
